Creation of Pool

Effective Apr 1, 2007Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 727 (H.B. 2017)

(a) The Texas Nonprofit Organizations Liability Pool is created on the written agreement of the chief executive officers of 15 or more nonprofit organizations.
(b) The pool provides primary and excess liability insurance coverage as provided by this chapter.
