- (a) The board shall select from the board members a presiding officer, an assistant presiding officer, and a secretary who serve one-year terms that expire as provided by the plan of operation.
- (b) The board shall hold meetings at the call of the presiding officer and at times established by the board's rules.
- (c) A majority of the board members constitutes a quorum.
