Sec. 2203.405. COMMISSIONER'S DECISION
- (a) Not later than the 30th day after the date of the hearing under Section 2203.404, the commissioner shall affirm, reverse, or modify the appealed act.
- (b) Pending the hearing and decision, the commissioner may suspend or postpone the effective date of a rule or of the act appealed.
