Eligibility of Group Member

Effective Apr 1, 2007Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 727 (H.B. 2017)

A member of a group described by Section 2153.052 is eligible to participate in a group marketing plan if the member is:

(1) in good standing with the group;
(2) over 55 years of age; and
(3) authorized to operate a motor vehicle in this state.
