Public Interest Information

Effective Apr 1, 2007Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 727 (H.B. 2017)

(a) The company shall prepare information of public interest describing the functions of the company and the procedures by which complaints are submitted to and resolved by the company.
(b) The company shall make the information available to the public and appropriate state agencies.
