Tex. Ins. Code § 2054.201

Examination by Department

Effective Apr 1, 2007Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 727 (H.B. 2017)

(a) The department shall examine the company in the manner and under the conditions specified by Chapters 86 and 401 for the examination of insurers.
(b) The company shall pay the costs of the examination.
