Rules; Cooperation

Effective Apr 1, 2007Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 727 (H.B. 2017)

(a) The comptroller and the commissioner shall adopt rules as necessary to implement this chapter.
(b) The comptroller and the department shall cooperate as necessary to implement this chapter.
