Tex. Health & Safety Code § 810.002

Applicability

Effective Sep 1, 2025Acts 2025, 89th Leg., R.S., Ch. 2 (S.B. 2)

This chapter applies to the following state agencies:

(1) the Department of Family and Protective Services;
(2) the Health and Human Services Commission;
(3) the Texas Education Agency;
(4) the Texas Juvenile Justice Department; and
(5) the comptroller of public accounts.
