The presiding officer of a review team may:

1. (1) send notices to the review team members of a meeting to review a fatality involving suspected suicide, family violence, or abuse;
2. (2) provide a list to the review team members of each fatality to be reviewed at the meeting; and
3. (3) ensure that the review team operates according to the protocols developed by the review team.
