1. (a) Each client has the right to have the individualized habilitation plan reviewed at least:

   1. (1) once a year if the client is in a residential care facility; or
   2. (2) quarterly if the client has been admitted for other services.

2. (b) The purpose of the review is to:

   1. (1) measure progress;
   2. (2) modify objectives and programs if necessary; and
   3. (3) provide guidance and remediation techniques.
3. (c) Each client has the right to a periodic reassessment.
