Tex. Health & Safety Code § 577A.002

Exemptions

Effective Sep 1, 2021Added by Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1032 (H.B. 3121)

This chapter does not apply to:

(1) a mental hospital; or
(2) a private mental hospital or other mental health facility licensed under Chapter 577.
