In this subchapter:

1. (1) "Commissioner" means:

   1. (A) the commissioner of state health services in relation to:

      1. (i) a community mental health center; or
      2. (ii) the mental health services component of a community mental health and intellectual disability center; and

   2. (B) the commissioner of aging and disability services in relation to:

      1. (i) a community intellectual disability center; or
      2. (ii) the intellectual disability services component of a community mental health and intellectual disability center.

2. (2) "Department" means:

   1. (A) the Department of State Health Services in relation to:

      1. (i) a community mental health center; or
      2. (ii) the mental health services component of a community mental health and intellectual disability center; and

   2. (B) the Department of Aging and Disability Services in relation to:

      1. (i) a community intellectual disability center; or

      2. (ii) the intellectual disability services component of a community mental health and intellectual disability center.
