- (a) A political subdivision of this state may not adopt or enforce an ordinance, order, rule, regulation, or policy that governs the sale, distribution, or possession of dextromethorphan.
- (b) An ordinance, order, rule, regulation, or policy described by Subsection (a) is void and unenforceable.
