Tex. Health & Safety Code § 461A.203 – Funding Policy Manual

(a) The department shall publish a funding policy manual that explains:
1. (1) the department's funding priorities and provider selection criteria; and
2. (2) the methods the department used to develop funding policies.
(b) The department shall update the manual annually.
