For expiration of this section, see Subsection (d).
- (a) In this section, "cell-cultured protein" has the meaning assigned by Section 431.002.
- (b) A person may not offer for sale or sell cell-cultured protein for human consumption.
- (c) To the extent another state law conflicts with this section, this section controls.
- (d) This section expires September 1, 2027.
