Tex. Health & Safety Code § 262.021

General Powers

Effective Sep 1, 1989Acts 1989, 71st Leg., ch. 678

(a) The authority has the power of perpetual succession.
(b) The authority may:
1. (1) have a seal;
2. (2) sue and be sued; and
3. (3) make, amend, and repeal its bylaws.
