- (a) An anonymous report of abuse, neglect, or exploitation, although not encouraged, shall be received and acted on in the same manner as an acknowledged report.
- (b) An anonymous report about a specific individual that accuses the individual of abuse, neglect, or exploitation need not be investigated.
