1. (a) During operations, the floors in processing areas shall be kept reasonably free from processing wastes, including:

   1. (1) blood;
   2. (2) manure;
   3. (3) scraps;
   4. (4) grease;
   5. (5) water;
   6. (6) dirt; and
   7. (7) litter.
2. (b) The floors shall be thoroughly cleaned at the end of each day's operations.
