- (a) The Quad-Agency Child Care Initiative is established to foster collaboration, coordinate policies, and review and recommend actions to streamline regulations between the participating agencies that govern child care in the state.
- (b) The Quad-Agency Child Care Initiative Commission is established to lead the Quad-Agency Child Care Initiative.
