In this chapter:
- (1) "Commissioner" means the commissioner of agriculture.
- (1-a) "Department" means the Department of Agriculture.
- (2) "Executive commissioner" means the executive commissioner of the Health and Human Services Commission.
- (3) "Supplemental nutrition assistance program" and "SNAP" mean the program operated pursuant to 7 U.S.C. Section 2011 et seq.
