1. (a) The commissioners court shall reimburse a juvenile board member for the member's reasonable and necessary job-related expenses. Reimbursable expenses include travel, lodging, training, and educational activities.
2. (b) The commissioners court shall reimburse each juvenile court judge for the judge's actual and necessary expenses incurred in attending seminars and other educational or instructional meetings relating to juvenile matters.
3. (c) All expenses are paid from the general fund or any other fund of the county.
