Signatures; Registration by County Treasurer

Effective Sep 1, 1999Added by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 227

(a) A bond issued under this subchapter must be:
1. (1) signed by the county judge; and
2. (2) attested by the county clerk.
(b) The county treasurer shall register a bond issued under this subchapter but is not required to sign the bond.
