1. (a) Each bond or note issued under this chapter shall be issued in the name of the county.
2. (b) A bond shall be designated "__________ County Water Improvement Bond." A note shall be designated "__________ County Water Improvement Note."

3. (c) Each bond or note issued under this chapter must be:

   1. (1) signed by the county judge;
   2. (2) countersigned by the county clerk; and
   3. (3) registered by the county treasurer.
