In this subchapter:

1. (1) "Bond order" means an order authorizing the issuance of revenue bonds under this subchapter.

2. (2) "Parking facility" means:

   1. (A) a lot, area, or structure used to park motor vehicles;
   2. (B) the site for the lot, area, or structure; and
   3. (C) equipment used in connection with maintenance and operation of the lot, area, or structure.

3. (3) "Trust indenture" means an instrument, including a mortgage or deed of trust, that secures bonds issued under this subchapter by:

   1. (A) a pledge of revenue; or
   2. (B) a pledge of revenue and a mortgage lien on property.
