The commissioners court may incorporate into a parking facility authorized by Section 1473.132:

1. (1) a jury assembly room;
2. (2) office space;
3. (3) a nursery;
4. (4) toilet facilities;
5. (5) a snack bar; or
6. (6) a related facility.
