1. (a) A submission required by this chapter must be delivered to the board at its Austin office during normal business hours.

2. (b) The board shall:

   1. (1) note on the face of the document delivered the date and time of delivery; and

   2. (2) provide the submitting issuer with a receipt that:

      1. (A) describes the document delivered; and
      2. (B) states the date and time of delivery.
