1. (a) On the board's request, the state auditor shall review the disposition of state security proceeds.

2. (b) The state auditor shall prepare a report of the review and file a copy of the report with:

   1. (1) the board;
   2. (2) the governor;
   3. (3) the lieutenant governor;
   4. (4) the speaker of the house of representatives;
   5. (5) the secretary of state; and
   6. (6) each member of the legislature.
