Annually, the retirement system shall publish a report containing the following information:

1. (1) the retirement system's fiscal transactions of the preceding fiscal year;
2. (2) the amount of the system's accumulated cash and securities; and
3. (3) the balance sheet showing the financial condition of the system for the preceding fiscal year.
