1. (a) The retirement system shall deposit in the state accumulation account all contributions for retirement made by the state to the retirement system and transfer to the account the amounts required by Section 815.318 or 815.502.

2. (b) The retirement system also shall deposit in the state accumulation account the interest portion of the following deposits made by members:

   1. (1) deposits required to reinstate service previously canceled;
   2. (2) deposits required to establish service credit not previously established; and
   3. (3) deposits required to establish military service credit.
