Tex. Gov't Code § 665.001

Impeachment Proceeding

In this subchapter, "impeachment proceeding" includes:

(1) presenting an article of impeachment;
(2) investigating a matter relating to a contemplated impeachment; and
(3) acting on an article of impeachment.
