The travel provisions of the General Appropriations Act may establish different aircraft mileage rates:

1. (1) for travel in:

   1. (A) a single-engine aircraft;
   2. (B) a twin-engine aircraft; and
   3. (C) a turbine-powered aircraft; and

2. (2) for travel by:

   1. (A) a state employee;
   2. (B) a key official;
   3. (C) a member of a board; and
   4. (D) a member of the legislature.
