Tex. Gov't Code § 547.0201 – Streamlining Process for Awarding Behavioral Health Grants

(a) The commission shall implement a process to better coordinate behavioral health grants the commission administers. The process must:
1. (1) streamline the administrative processes at the commission; and
2. (2) decrease the administrative burden on applicants applying for multiple grants.
(b) The process may include developing a standard application for multiple behavioral health grants.
