A contract to which this subchapter applies must require a contracting Medicaid managed care organization that provides a Medicaid managed care plan in the South Texas service region to ensure the following personnel are located in that region:

1. (1) a medical director;
2. (2) patient care coordinators; and
3. (3) provider and recipient support services personnel.
