- (a) The commission shall establish the rural hospital advisory committee, either as an advisory committee or as a subcommittee of the hospital payment advisory committee, to advise the commission on issues relating specifically to rural hospitals.
- (b) The rural hospital advisory committee is composed of interested individuals the executive commissioner appoints. Section 2110.002 does not apply to the advisory committee.
- (c) An advisory committee member serves without compensation.
