This subchapter applies to the following state entities:
- (1) the commission;
- (2) the Department of Family and Protective Services;
- (3) the Department of State Health Services;
- (4) the Texas Education Agency;
- (5) the Texas Correctional Office on Offenders with Medical or Mental Impairments;
- (6) the Texas Department of Criminal Justice;
- (7) the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs;
- (8) the Texas Workforce Commission; and
- (9) the Texas Juvenile Justice Department.
