The board shall make the following information available on any publicly accessible Internet website that is maintained by the board and contains any information concerning the private sector prison industries programs operated under this subchapter:

1. (1) a copy of each current contract entered into by a governmental entity;
2. (2) a list of hourly wages paid to participants under each contract described by Subdivision (1); and

3. (3) minutes of any meeting of the board in which the board discusses or takes action concerning:

   1. (A) the board's powers and duties under this subchapter; or
   2. (B) one or more private sector prison industries programs operated under this subchapter.
