Institutional Division

Effective Sep 1, 2025Acts 2025, 89th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1022 (S.B. 2405)

The institutional division shall operate and manage:

(1) the state prison system; and
(2) state jails to confine defendants described by Section 507.002.
