In this subchapter:
- (1) "Consortium" means the Texas Semiconductor Innovation Consortium.
- (2) "Executive committee" means the executive committee of the consortium.
- (3) "Fund" means the Texas Semiconductor Innovation Fund.
- (4) "Institution of higher education" has the meaning assigned by Section 61.003, Education Code.
