In this chapter:

1. (1) "Endorsing county" means a county that:

   1. (A) contains all or part of a municipality described by Section 477.0002; or
   2. (B) is adjacent to a county described by Paragraph (A).
2. (2) "Endorsing municipality" means a municipality that authorizes a bid by a local organizing committee for selection of the municipality as the site of the games.
3. (3) "Games" means the Olympic Games.

4. (4) "Site selection organization" means:

   1. (A) the International Olympic Committee; or
   2. (B) the United States Olympic Committee.
5. (5) "Trust fund" means the Olympic Games trust fund established by this chapter.
