1. (a) The critical infrastructure emergency response map fund is a dedicated account in the general revenue fund administered by the division.

2. (b) The fund consists of:

   1. (1) legislative appropriations of money to the division for deposit to the credit of the fund for purposes of this subchapter;
   2. (2) any revenue that by law is dedicated for deposit to the fund;
   3. (3) interest or other earnings on money credited to or allocable to the fund; and
   4. (4) gifts, grants, including federal grants, or donations received by the division for the fund.
3. (c) Money in the fund may be appropriated only to the division to administer the grant program and award grants under Section 424.154.
