1. (a) The department shall annually make available on the department's Internet website a report of regulatory statistics for the preceding state fiscal year for each program subject to this subchapter and aggregate information on all the programs.

2. (b) The report must include, as applicable, information regarding:

   1. (1) the number of licenses issued under the program;
   2. (2) the number and types of complaints received and resolved by the department;
   3. (3) the number of investigations conducted by the department; and

   4. (4) the number and types of disciplinary actions taken by the department.
