- (a) A council member is not entitled to compensation for council service but is entitled to reimbursement for actual and necessary expenses incurred in performing council duties.
- (b) The council may hold public meetings as necessary to fulfill its duties under this subchapter.
- (c) The council is subject to Chapters 551 and 552.
