1. (a) The lieutenant governor and speaker shall each appoint an employee to distribute the journal of the respective houses.

2. (b) The employee shall distribute a copy of the journal to:

   1. (1) the governor;
   2. (2) each member of the legislature; and

   3. (3) heads of departments, if requested.
