1. (a) The supreme court by motion may remove the clerk for neglect of duty or misconduct in office. The motion must specify the particular charges.
2. (b) Before the court may act on the motion, it must give the clerk at least 10 days' notice of the motion, including the particular charges.
3. (c) In acting on the motion, the court determines the law and facts.
