- (a) The order appointing the clerk of the supreme court must be recorded in the minutes of the court.
- (b) The clerk must reside at Austin.
- (c) Repealed by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 285, Sec. 31(6).
- (d) The clerk shall provide a seal for the use of the supreme court. The seal must have a five-pointed star and must be engraved with the words "Supreme Court of the State of Texas."
