1. (a) The County Court of Red River County has:

   1. (1) the general jurisdiction of a probate court;
   2. (2) jurisdiction to enter orders providing for the support of deserted wives or children, pendente lite, and to punish violations of those orders;
   3. (3) juvenile jurisdiction as provided by Section 26.042(b); and
   4. (4) original criminal jurisdiction.
2. (b) The county court has no other civil jurisdiction or appellate criminal jurisdiction.
