Franklin County

Effective Sep 1, 1985Acts 1985, 69th Leg., ch. 480

(a) The terms of the County Court of Franklin County begin on the second Mondays in January, April, July, and October and continue until the court has disposed of its business.
(b) The commissioners court may change the court terms under Section 26.002.
