Sec. 25A.00111. JUDGE'S EXPENSES; OFFICIAL DUTIES

1. (a) A business court judge engaged in the discharge of official duties in a location other than the county in which the judge maintains chambers is entitled to travel expenses as provided by Chapter 660.
2. (b) A business court judge is entitled to receive from this state the actual and necessary postage, telephone, and telecommunications expenses incurred in the discharge of the judge's official duties.

3. (c) The official duties of a business court judge include:

   1. (1) presenting educational information regarding the business court to legal and business groups; and
   2. (2) attending educational meetings in this state and other states of the United States relating to business law, business litigation, and the function of the business court.
