Tex. Gov't Code § 24.225

123Rd Judicial District (Panola and Shelby Counties)

Effective Sep 1, 1985Acts 1985, 69th Leg., ch. 480

(a) The 123rd Judicial District is composed of Panola and Shelby counties.
(b) The terms of the 123rd District Court begin:
1. (1) in Panola County on the first Mondays in January, May, and September; and
2. (2) in Shelby County on the first Mondays in March, July, and November.
