Tex. Gov't Code § 24.202 – 100Th Judicial District (Carson, Childress, Collingsworth, Donley, and Hall Counties)

(a) The 100th Judicial District is composed of Carson, Childress, Collingsworth, Donley, and Hall counties.
(b) The terms of the 100th District Court begin:
1. (1) in Carson County on the first Mondays in January and August;
2. (2) in Childress County on the first Mondays in May and December;
3. (3) in Collingsworth County on the first Mondays in April and November;
4. (4) in Donley County on the first Mondays in March and October; and
5. (5) in Hall County on the first Mondays in February and September.
(c) Each term provided by Subsection (b) begins at 10 a.m. on the first day of the term.
